My name is Anne Marie Romer, and I’m so happy to share this space with you. My charge as a writer is to highlight our connections born from experiences we can all relate to. Inspired by family, grief, and those fleeting moments of serendipity, I aim to articulate the language of the heart in a way which binds the human experience.
I write often about the bliss of being a mom and grandmother and the angst of caring for elderly parents. I write about the loss of my two brothers, Pat and Neil, to suicide in hopes that the stigma and epidemic of suicide can be eradicated. I am propelled by the relentless quest to highlight the good that rises even amidst debilitating pain. I invite you to join me as we share the spectrum of life.
